Ingredients

1 C. orange juice unsweetened
1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 tsp. quick cooking tapioca
2 tsp. brown sugar, firmly packed

Cooking Instructions

In saucepan, combine orange juice, tapioca, and lemon extract. Let stand five minutes. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
