Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Salmon
Ingredients
15-1/2 oz. canned salmon
3 tomatoes, diced
2/3 C. green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Drain salmon reserving 2 Tbls. of liquid; then flake salmon. Combine salmon, tomatoes, onion, and lemon juice, mixing well. Chill overnight.
