Four Layer Pie
Ingredients
8 tsp. diet margarine
4 exchanges of fruit (2 bananas, or 2 C. pineapple, or other)
4 graham crackers (2-1/2 inch squares)
1 package reduced calorie pudding
1 C. part skim ricotta, seasoned with artificial sweetener and vanilla, to taste
1 C. whipped topping, on top
Cooking Instructions
Put graham crackers in blender or food processor to make crumbs. Mix with margarine and mash out into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Put other ingredients in layers, as listed. Chill.
