Sesame Green Beans And Peppers
Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
1 medium-sized red bell pepper, or yellow, cut in 1/4-inch strips
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper, and toss with remaining ingredients.
