Fruit Sweetener
Ingredients
4 C. fruit juice (apple, orange, pineapple, pineapple orange, or grape
Sweet One, if necessary
Cooking Instructions
To make fruit sweetener, cook the 4 C. of juice until reduced to 1 C.. If desired, add Sweet One to taste. If a recipe calls for 1/2 C. fruit sweetener, use 1/2 C. frozen fruit juice plus half as much (1/4 C.) granulated fructose. If 2/3 C. is called for in a recipe, use 2/3 C. concentrate plus 1/2 C. granulated fructose.
