Lemongrass Tangerine Tuna
Ingredients
1/2 C. chicken broth, low fat, low sodium
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 C. tangerine juice, or substitute orange juice
1 Tbsp. minced fresh lemongrass
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1-1/2 pounds fresh tuna steaks
Cooking Instructions
Combine broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a shallow pan. Add tuna and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours. Broil or grill tuna on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
