Yummy Vegetables
Ingredients
8 Potatoes
1 Onion, chopped
4 Carrots, peeled and sliced
2 Stalks celery, sliced
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
5 C. Water
1/3 C. Butter or margarine
13 oz. Can evaporated milk
Cooking Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in crock pot. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. Add flour to thicken, if desired.
