Oriental Pork1
Ingredients
1 package. pork loin (2 loins per package.)
butter
3 to 4 bananas
1 to 2 package. heavy cream
2 to 4 tsp. curry
salt
white pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cut fat away from loins. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Pound pieces until flat. Sauté in pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Put pork in pretty ovenproof pan. Peel bananas. Cut in half and then again lengthwise. Sauté bananas in butter until soft but not falling apart. Put one piece of banana on each piece of pork. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Mix in curry (to taste). Pour cream over bananas and pork. Heat at 475 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
