Wrapped Piggies
Ingredients
10 frankfurters
2 C. Bisquick mix
1/2 C. cold water
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Pat frankfurters dry. Mix baking mix, water and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Divide dough into 10 parts. Pat dough around each frankfurter with floured hands. Baked Piggies – heat oven to 450 degrees, uncovered 10 to 12 minutes. Broiled Piggies – Broil with tops 2 to 3 inches from heat. 6 to 8 minutes. Grilled Piggies – 4 inches above coals turning frequently, until brown, about 15 minutes.
