Worlds Best Barbq
Ingredients
500 gal. water tank
2 wagon wheels
Rack of mesquite
Bathtub
5 gal. vinegar
1 jar garlic powder
12 sliced lemons
5 lbs. onions, sliced
1 (8 oz.) jar chili powder
1/2 gal. Worcestershire sauce
100 to 300 lbs. brisket
15 gal. water
Cooking Instructions
Cut 2 x 6 foot door in water tank. Mount 2 large wagon wheels in center. Place last 8 ingredients in bathtub and let soak overnight. Build mesquite fire in bottom of tank “Bar-b-quer”. Burn until they turn into hot coals then add 2 large green mesquite logs. Place brisket on wagon wheels. Smoke 18 to 24 hours. Serves 200 to 600 people.
