Winston Cookies
Ingredients
1/4 C. shortening
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. diet raspberry spread
Cooking Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat in yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Roll dough into 20 balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Dent the top with the end of a table knife. Bake at 350dgs F. for 5 minutes, then dent tops again. Continue to bake another 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Spoon 1/2 tsp. diet spread in depressions while still hot.
