Ingredients

2 tsp. yeast
2 C. whole wheat bread flour
1 1/3 C. unbleached bread flour
2 Tbsp. buttermilk powder
2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
2 Tbsp. lecithin
2 tsp. salt; lite
2 tsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 C. whole wheat sourdough
1 C. water
1/2 margarine, room temperature.

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients to bread pan in order given. Turn the light/dark setting to 12 o’clock and set the menu to Sweet Bread.
