Whole Wheat Potato Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. mashed potatoes
3/4 C. water or buttermilk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. whole wheat
2 1/2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. gluten
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. saco
Cooking Instructions
Place leftover mashed potatoes (made from Potato flakes, according to box directions.) in measuring C. and add liquid to measure 1 1/4 C.. Use the mashed potatoes at room temperature, (or slightly warm, by heating in microwave. Add ingredients according to the order of your machine instructions.
