Walnut Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 C. water
2 egg whites
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. instant dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
3/4 C. walnuts; chopped, toasted
1 pound loaf
2/3 C. water
1 egg white
2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. instant dry milk powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. bread machine yeast
1/2 C. walnuts; chopped, toasted
Cooking Instructions
Measure ingredients and add to pan according to manufacturer’s directions. Bake in quick or normal cycle. Remove bread form pan and cool on wire rack.
