Vinaigrette Marinade
Ingredients
1 c olive oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t mustard
2 cloves garlic,minced
4 T parsley,minced
1/2 t oregano,Crumbled
1/2 t marjoram,Crumbled
1 t thyme,Crumbled
1 t fresh-ground black pepper
1 t salt
Cooking Instructions
Whip vinegar into oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well
and marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Yields: 2 cups
