Venison Pepperoni Stick
Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef or venison
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick Salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix with hands. Refrigerate 24 hours. Makes 4-6 rolls and bake 300ΒΊ for 1 hour.
