Vegetarian Chopped Liver
Ingredients
1 (#2) can green beans, well drained & chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 eggs, hard-boiled
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 C. walnuts, finely ground
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion in margarine until golden but not brown. Add eggs and beans and put into a blender and blend until smooth. Add walnuts and salt and pepper to taste. If mixture is too thick, add a little mayonnaise.
