Vegetarian Spaghetti 2
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 C. chopped onion
1 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3/4 tsp. ground oregano
3/4 tsp. crushed thyme
1 tsp. crushed basil
Dash cayenne pepper
2 C. tomatoes
1/2 C. spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 C. water
8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
Cooking Instructions
Saute onions and mushrooms in oil. Add seasonings; stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Follow directions on package. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
