Breakfast Bars 1
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. peanut butter
1 C. honey
3/4 C. brown sugar
5 C. bran of flake dry cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 cup) dried fruit pieces, if desired
Cooking Instructions
Combine peanut butter, honey and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; quickly stir in cereal and fruit pieces, mix well. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9x2 inch dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cool 15 minutes before cutting. Makes 18 bars.
