Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
2 pounds lean stewing beef cut into 1 inch cubes
2 large potatoes diced
2 medium onions chopped
2 carrots peeled, sliced
2 celery stalks sliced
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 can whole tomatoes-16 oz.
2 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on: Low for 10 hours or High for 5 hours.
