Vegan Pasta Al Pesto
Ingredients
1/2 C.(s) minced spinach leaves
1/2 C.(s) minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
3 each garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. light miso
1/4 C.(s) pine nuts, toasted
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to a smooth paste. Toss with hot pasta of your choice.
