Vanilla Wafer Cake
Ingredients
1 C. butter
2 C. sugar
6 whole eggs
12 ounce box vanilla wafers
1/2 C. milk
7 ounces flaked coconut
1 C. chopped pecans
Cooking Instructions
Cream butter; add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at time, beating after each addition; add vanilla wafers, which have been finely crushed, alternating with the milk. Add the coconut and pecans. Pour batter into a well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
