Unbelievable Chocolate Kahlua Cake
Ingredients
1 devil’s food cake mix (18-1/4 oz. )
1 small box sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 C. canola oil
1/3 C. skim milk
1 large egg
3 large egg whites
1/3 C. Kahlua liqueur
1/3 C. semisweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
