Turkey Loaf 2
Ingredients
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 C. breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, or 2 tsp. dry
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, or 1 tsp. dry
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 C. chopped onion
Sauce:
1 Tbsp. low fat yogurt
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Cooking Instructions
Combine egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Add turkey and onion; mix well. Press evenly into ungreased 8 by 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes, or until done. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over top before serving.
