Turkey Creole
Ingredients
1 onion, large diced
1-1/2 bell pepper, diced
3/4 C. celery, diced
24 oz. stewed tomatoes
4-1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt (to taste)
4 C. turkey, cooked and cut up
6 C. rice, cooked
Cooking Instructions
Put everything except rice in crock-pot. Leave for most of the day. Serve over cooked rice.
