Turkey Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 C. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 C. beef broth
1 C. picante sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in large pan. Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. Stir in beans and broth. Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
