Traditional Bread Dressing
Ingredients
4 C. bread cubes
1 C. celery, chopped
1/3 C. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley leaves, freshly chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 C. hot water
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. dried basil
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
