Tortilla Flats Chicken
Ingredients
1 dozen corn tortillas
3 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 package Jack cheese (8 oz.) grated
1 package Cheddar cheese (8 oz.) grated
2 cans chopped chilies (4 oz. each)
1 boiled de-boned chicken (3 to 4 C. chopped chicken)
1/2 medium onion diced
Cooking Instructions
Layer in a crock pot: Soup, tortillas, cheese, chicken, chilies, onion, soup, repeat, etc. until ingredients are used up. Start on high for 1/2 hour. Reduce temperature to low and cook for 6 hours.
