Tomato And Herb Salad
Ingredients
6 small tomatoes, peeled
1-1/2 tsp. oregano
non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. malt vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. lettuce leaves, torn
Cooking Instructions
Chop 1-1/2 tomatoes fine. Combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and salt. Slice remaining tomatoes. Place on top of lettuce leaves. Top with vinegar mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
