Tiramisu
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. cold 2 percent low fat milk, divided
8 oz. pasteurized process cream cheese product
2 Tbsp. Maxwell House or Yuban instant coffee, or Sanka brand 99.7% Caffeine
Free Instant Coffee
1 Tbsp. hot water
2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie
Filling
2 C. thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
1 package (3 oz.) ladyfingers, split
1 oz. (1 square) Baker’s semisweet chocolate, grated
Cooking Instructions
Pour 1/2 C. milk into blender container. Add cream cheese product. Cover and blend until smooth. Blend in remaining 1 C. milk. Dissolve coffee in hot water; add to blender with brandy, if desired. Add pudding mix cover. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally; pour into large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cut ladyfingers in half crosswise. Cover bottom of 8-inch spring form pan with ladyfinger halves. Place remaining halves, cut ends down, around sides of pan. Spoon pudding mixture into pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Remove side of pan. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
