Texas Barbecue Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 each pork chop 1-1/2 inch thick
1 C. onion finely minced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
Cooking Instructions
Score edges of chops to prevent curling. Place into a large baking pan, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well. Pour over chops to coat well. Cover and chill for 2-4 hours. Grill chops to desired doneness, basting often. Serve hot.
