Tantalizing Tempeh Dinner
Ingredients
1/2 ounce dulse, dry
3 ounce chickpeas; cooked
3 ounce soybean sprouts
3 ounce broccoli flowerets; in bite size pieces
3 ounce tempeh; cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. soy oil
1 tsp. onion; minced
1 tsp. fresh chives; chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x8 baking pan with soy oil. Soak and rinse dulse 2 or 3 times in cold water. Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
