Swiss Fennel Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. Swiss cheese; shredded
3 Tbsp. bread flour
2/3 C. milk
1/3 C. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 2/3 C. bread flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. fennel seed
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Cooking Instructions
In small bowl, toss together Swiss cheese and 2 Tbls. (or 3 Tbls.) bread flour. Add cheese mixture and remaining ingredients in order given by manufacturer. Store bread in refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving. Basic/white bread cycle. Medium/normal color setting.
