Sweet Potato Rice
Ingredients
2/3 C. raw rice
2 C. water
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 C. sweet potato, cooked, mashed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. Brewers yeast
4 oz. yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Cook rice over low heat for 40 minutes in 2 C. water. Stir in parsley, sage, sweet potato, pepper, wheat germ, and Brewer’s yeast; heat thoroughly. Serve when ready.
