Sweet Potato Pork Bake
Ingredients
10-3/4 oz. canned chicken bouillon
2-1/2 Tbsp. flour, or 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 C. cooked center cut pork, cubed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 C. baked sweet potato, cubed
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 C. green peas
2 refrigerator biscuits, uncooked
Cooking Instructions
Thicken bouillon with flour. Mix all ingredients, except biscuits. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Slice biscuits in half and flatten with hand. Remove casserole from oven and top with biscuits. Return to oven and bake until biscuits are brown, about 15 minutes.
