Sweet Potato Crisps
Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes
1 to 2 tsp. walnut oil
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. hot Hungarian paprika, or 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Scrub potatoes well; cut in 1/8-inch slices. Coat a nonstick baking sheet with walnut oil; arrange potatoes. Combine seasonings. Sprinkle potatoes with half of the seasonings. Bake 10 minutes. Using a large spatula, turn; sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Bake 10 minutes until crisp. Serve immediately.
