Ingredients

1/2 C. canned pineapple chunks well drained
1/4 C. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. dry buttermilk and 1/4 C. water
1/4 C. reserved pineapple juice
1 egg
1/2 C. sliced banana
3 C. bread flour
1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 C. shredded coconut
1/3 C. chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
