Sweet And Sour Beets
Ingredients
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 C. water
1/4 C. distilled white vinegar
12 oz. canned beets, drained
2 packets Sweet ‘n Low
Cooking Instructions
In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch with water and vinegar. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add beets and Sweet ‘n Low. Let stand for 30 minutes. Just before serving, reheat until hot.
