Sweet And Sour Bean Stew
Ingredients
3 ounce navy beans; cooked
3 ounce basmati rice; cooked
1 1/2 ounce butternut squash; cubed
1 1/2 ounce onion; chopped
1 1/2 ounce raisins
1 Tbsp. safflower oil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic; minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
