Swanee River Chicken
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. diced cooked chicken breast
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1/2 C. slivered almonds (optional)
1 C. crushed crackers
1/2 stick of butter
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except crackers, almonds and butter. Place mixture in large casserole, tope with almonds and crackers. Melt butter and drizzle on top. Bake for an hour at 350.
