Surf And Turf
Ingredients
4 T bone steak 1 inch thick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
4 frozen lobster tails (4 oz. each)
1/4 C. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Slash fat every 2 inches on edge of steak. Place on broiler pan or grill about 2 inches from heat. Cook 5 minutes each side for rare; 6 minutes each for medium, 7 minutes for well done. Season with salt and pepper. After cooking drop lobster into pot of boiling water. Bring water to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook tails completely. Meanwhile melt butter. Add lemon juice and keep warm drain tails. Remove shell and drizzle melted butter.
