Ingredients

1/3 C. water
3/4 C. sourdough starter
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. citric acid
3 C. white bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast (saf preferred)
water of flour as needed to obtain smooth dough ball. add 1 Tbsp. at a time.

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in bread pan in order recommended for your machine. Set machine for either basic white, French, rapid, or dough cycle.
