Ingredients

4 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. orange extract
3/4 C. unsweetened grapefruit juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 C. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 C. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Soften gelatin in grapefruit juice. Add orange juice, orange extract, and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Chill until partially set. Sprinkle with walnuts, if desired.
