Ingredients

2 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 1/2 C. bread flour
1/2 C. whole-wheat flour
3 Tbsp. rye flour
2 tsp. orange zest grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 C. water plus 1 Tbsp.
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 C. sunflower seeds unsalted, shelled

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients except sunflower seeds in machine and push start . Use raisin bread cycle if available and add sunflower seeds at the beep.
