Sunflower Loaf
Ingredients
1/2 C. sunflower seeds; ground
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 C. walnuts; ground
1/2 C. potato, raw; grated
1 tsp. salt
1 C. soy milk
3 Tbsp. onion; grated
1 Tbsp. oil
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered for 1/2 hr. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
