Sun Seed Spread
Ingredients
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. hot cooked millet or rice
3/4 C. water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dill weed or seed
1/3 C. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Blend all until smooth. Serve on crackers, bread, as a vegetable dip or as a sour cream for baked potatoes.
