Sugar Free Chocolate Lush
Ingredients
Crust:
2-1/2 C. graham crackers
6 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
1 stick margarine
Filling:
8 oz. light cream cheese
1 C. Sugar Twin
4 C. 2 percent milk
3 boxes sugar free Jell-O instant pudding
2 Cool Whip (8 oz.)
Cooking Instructions
Crust: Combine crumbs and Sugar Twin in large bowl. Stir in melted margarine until thoroughly blended. Press mixture firmly in 9 by 13 inch pan. Chill 1 hour, or bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 minutes. Cool and fill. Filling: Mix light cream cheese and Sugar Twin well. Add sugar free pudding milk; beat well with mixer. Add 1 (8-oz.) Cool Whip and mix well. Pour over graham cracker crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
