Strawberryorange Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
2 C. fresh strawberries, divided
1 C. unsweetened orange juice, chilled
1 C. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon low-fat yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Reserve 5 strawberries for garnish. Rinse and cap remaining strawberries; place in container of an electric blender. Add orange juice and milk; cover and process on high speed until smooth. Add yogurt; process on low speed until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with reserved strawberries. Yield: 5 servings.
