Ingredients

Small loaf:
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. mashed strawberries
1/4 C. mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
Medium loaf:
1/3 C. milk
1/3 C. mashed strawberries
1/3 C. mashed bananas
1 1/4 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

This wonderful light loaf has just the right hint of both strawberries and bananas. Load machine according to manufacturer’s directions and bake accordingly.
