St Louis Pasta Con Pesce
Ingredients
1 lb. pasta
1 lb. butter, softened
2 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. shallots, chopped
1 tomato, peeled and seeded
5 oz. lobster meat
5 oz. crabmeat
5 oz. shrimp
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cook pasta very al dente. Drain well. Add butter, tomato, mushrooms and shallots. Stir until butter is melted and creamy. Add seafood and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir over heat until piping hot. Serve on preheated plates. Serves 4. Meadville Lodge #219
